Gotta love this week meal prep, filled with fruits and veggies! Quick and effective! Hope you enjoy!

Breakfast- Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes (Banana, blueberries, rolled oats, vanilla bean yogurt)

Lunch- Shrimp Enchilada Cauliflower Rice Bowls (shrimp, corn, beans, tomatoes, olives, cauliflower rice, enchilada, green sauce)

Dinner- Zucchini & Mushroom Spicy Thai Noodles (green onions, zucchini, mushrooms, wheat pasta, sriracha ,sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce, & soy sauce)

Snack- Pineapples, Mangos, and Cantaloupes
