I have always been a fan of Pilar Sanders (Deion Sanders ex-wife) and Nicole Murphy (Eddie Murphy ex-wife) body especially their abs. Some of us even saw Kayne West music video Fade with Teyana Taylor and made a vow to get in the gym the next morning! I know I did, even though I already had abs seeing hers made me want to get in beast mode. I really hate working out, I absolutely dread getting off work knowing I have to work out. All I want to do is get home, eat, and go to bed! But once you start working out and seeing results it becomes an ADDICTION!!!!!!!!! I PROMISE IT DOES!!! Exercising will change your whole lifestyle the way you eat, shop, workout moves, buying fitness gear, and motivating others. When you start working out and seeing how your body transforms and seeing those abs come to life girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl you will do everything and anything to keep them! Here are some of my favorite workout moves and food I did and ate to get my amazing abs.

1. Any HITT workout (These workouts are amazing and you will instantly see results)

Burpees

Plank Jacks

Mountain Climbers

Jumping Jacks

Squats

Lunges

2. AB workouts (Similar to HITT but these are killer abs exercises)

Russian Twist

Bicycles

Planks

Side Planks

High Knees

Oblique Dips

Box Jumps

3. Any dumbbell and/or Barbell workouts

4. GREEN TEA, GREEN TEA, GREEN TEA (Enough said!)

5. Eat flat belly foods

Oatmeal (chop some fruit, use honey and nuts and you will turn boring oatmeal into something Delicious)

Greek Yogurt

Eggs

Chicken (Baked not Fried)

Fish (Salmon, Tilapia, etc)

Salad

Bell Peppers w/some Hummus

Bananas

Apples w/ Almond Butter or Cookie Butter (From Trader Joes)

Cherries
